Terms & Conditions

Last updated 16 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of AI-abled's website, programmes and diagnostic assessments. By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any of our products or services, you accept these Terms. Please read them, in particular the payments and refunds section.

1Who we are & what these terms cover

AI-abled ("AI-abled", "we", "us") provides educational programmes and online diagnostic assessments to students and their families, primarily in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms cover your use of our website (ai-abled.com), our programmes (including the AI-abled Learner Program and Pitch It), our assessment products (PRISM, and the LENS diagnostic suite: LENS·UCAT, LENS·SAT/ACT and others as released), and the SCOPE university shortlist report (see section 8). For a student under 18, the parent or legal guardian who purchases on the student's behalf accepts these Terms.

2Our assessments are indicative, not official

Our diagnostic assessments are original educational tools designed to indicate a student's current standing and to guide preparation. They are:

Any decision you make on the basis of a report, including study, tutoring, examination or application decisions, is your own. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-abled accepts no liability for such decisions or their outcomes.

3No affiliation

AI-abled is an independent provider. Our assessments are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UCAT consortia, the College Board, ACT, Inc., the British Council or IELTS partners, LNAT or LSAC, GL Assessment or CAT4, any university, examination board, or admissions body. Examination names belonging to third parties are used only to describe the examination a given diagnostic is modelled on, and remain the property of their respective owners.

4Eligibility and consent

Our services are intended for students aged 13–17 (or as otherwise stated for a specific product). If the student is under 18, the purchase must be made and these Terms accepted by a parent or legal guardian, who consents to the student's participation and to our handling of the information described in section 11.

5Access codes and delivery

Assessment products are delivered as an access code that works once. Each code is valid for the period stated at purchase, cannot be transferred, and must not be shared or resold. Reports are generated automatically and emailed to the addresses you provide, normally within a short period of completion. Please provide correct contact details; if a report does not arrive, contact us and we will send it again.

6Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in the currency you select from the currency menu at the top right of the page, and are payable in full at the time of purchase (see section 7 for how currency and billing work). All sales are final.

No refunds are given on any product or service priced below AED 500 (or its equivalent in the currency paid), which includes all PRISM and LENS diagnostic products and the SCOPE report, once purchased, whether or not the access code has been used. By completing the purchase you acknowledge and accept this.

7Prices, currency and billing

Our website shows every price in a currency you can choose yourself, using the currency menu at the top right of each page. Changing the selection converts every price shown on the page into that currency.

8SCOPE university shortlist report

SCOPE is an advisory report, prepared to order for one student, that recommends a university shortlist and application roadmap from the information you give us on the intake form. Its price is built from your own selections (fields of study, regions and any named universities), shown live before you pay. The following applies to SCOPE in addition to the rest of these Terms:

9Free resit for an unscored sitting

Where a sitting cannot be validly scored, for example because it was not genuinely attempted or was interrupted, we provide a free resit of the same assessment at no additional charge. This is the only circumstance in which a free resit is provided, and it is offered in place of, not in addition to, any refund.

10Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree to use our services for the intended student's own genuine assessment and learning. You must not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer our questions, reports or materials, or share access codes. Our questions, reports, scoring methods and all related materials are the intellectual property of AI-abled and are protected by law.

11Information we collect

To deliver an assessment and its report we collect the student's name, date of birth, the student's and parent's email addresses, and the responses given during the assessment. We use this information only to generate and deliver the report and to operate and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us to ask about the information we hold.

12Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-abled's total liability arising out of or in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service, and AI-abled is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

14Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Questions or concerns are welcome.
